At Cosmo's Specialty Cleaning we take pride in all of our work. When we arrive at your home, business or new listing we leave our garbage at the curb and focus on your garbage. The most important part of having a great cleaning team is attitude. Our employees will always be on-time, smiling and have a positive attitude, because they enjoy what they are doing. In return, we can then ensure our customers a clean environment to leave behind for the next tenant, home owner or business owner. Our work is always guaranteed, and you can trust that we will treat your home like we treat our own because a home is the biggest investment that a person will make in their lifetime, so it needs to be treated with care. Cosmo's follows a detailed checklist but we also leave it up to the customer so that they may be involved in choosing what they would like to see completed and also fitting their budget. ✔️ Dusting of all surfaces including light fixtures and ceiling fans. ✔️ Cleaning and sanitizing countertops, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and more. ✔️ Cleaning and polishing all appliances including ovens, microwaves and refrigerators. ✔️ Vacuuming all carpet and cleaning of all wood, vinyl or tile flooring. ✔️ Cleaning of doors, door frames, door knobs, hard to reach areas and base boards. ✔️ Cleaning inside of drawers and cabinets. Tops of cabinets are not included. This is an extra service. Our final touch on all move-out/move-in cleans would be a FREE electrostatic disinfectant spray at the of the job to ensure the safety and cleanliness for the next resident.
