Construction sites can be notoriously messy places. They are covered in dust, outside dirt, material debris and bits of hardware left behind. Our job, at Cosmo's is to make sure all the cracks and crevices of the construction site are detailed to perfection. We perform a deep thorough clean of the site to make sure that it is in pristine condition. We offer many cleanings to choose from to better suite our clients needs. 1. Rough Interior Cleaning-The first phase is a rough interior cleaning. We will remove construction debris and prepping the floors for flooring or carpet. 2. Final Interior Cleaning-The final interior clean-up is a much labored process after the construction is completed. in this process we will sweep all floors, dusting and vacuuming of walls, baseboard and window sills, cleaning light fixtures, cleaning appliances and polishing to make things shine, removing stickers, drywall and paint from windows and lastly washing the windows. Post construction clean-up is a specialized task that is best left to professionals.
